Produced from grapes grown in the Texas Hill Country, the wine aged 24 months in oak into it's beautiful amber-like color. The nose is very clean with savory hints of dried thyme and cigar box. On the palate there are delicate notes of raspberry, blueberry and licorice. Pairs perfectly with wild game.
